$25 Deposit now, full payment required immediately. Minimums have been met, so this retreat is definitely going ahead.
Guild retreats are a lovely way to spend time with new and old friends, never
mind catching up on a few quilting projects!
We still have room for few more quilters to join us. Don't miss out!
There is a new option for meals and sewing only, with no hotel room at $250 for the three days.
Carola's Quilts will be visiting with a pop-up shop!
If you have a friend you’d like to invite please do so. There is a $25 surcharge for
non-members or members of other gulds, so that they can become members (starting in January) and therefore covered under our insurance.

Money: Due in full October 17, 2023
Payment Method: E-transfer to the guild treasurer at bbqg.tr@gmail.com. Please
include your name in the memo field and the fact that this is a retreat payment.
What’s included: beverages and snacks all day, lunch, breakfast on day 2 and 3,
ballroom rental and hotel room. We will be exploring the nearby restaurants in
the fun District 1881, for dinners (not included).
